Even the guys at Tmobile said that this phone is great. The problem was that I couldn't hook it up to my tmobile network. I had to return it. I currently have a Note 3 but it has been thru a lot that's why I bought this one. I'm going to have to get a new phone. Too bad the new Samsung note 7 are catching on fire.
We bought a Samsung galaxy note 3. It works amazing. The only thing I would of changed was getting an owners manual with it. But the price was a steal.
I heard they discontinued these phones, The Note phones. IDK if that's true or not, but I hope not, cause I love these notes. Now first it's kind of a pricey phone, Wish I would have found one for cheaper maybe used,, but a new one is nice. I got the 2 year plan with mine so for 2 years it's covered for cracks , spills, anything. I would reccommend this phone to anyone. Great phone and great 2 year plan

This is a really excellent phone, 32gb internal is enough for all your apps, external memory card available for up to 64gb for your storage, screen size and resolution the best, I got mine thanks to my daughter for free, she really loves me, Thank you Mijita. this is the best phone I ever had.
I bought two of these phones new back in November 2015 one being for my wife. This phone was released in late 2013 which is light years old in phone technology but having been the best at that time means there is still some life left in this device. This phone will serve you well with a great screen, expandable memory and removable battery. If you don't need features like turbo charging, eye scanners, and other improvements, then this phone will get aptly get you by for a couple years or more. The camera is very decent also. I just cracked the screen on my Note 3 so I'll be moving on to something newer. I do think there are some newer options at this price point that might be a better value for your money.
Works great just like my old Note 3. I will definitely recommend it to others.
I ordered this phone because I owned the same model, and it just started to have issues after 3 years. So I figured I'd stick with the system that I knew since I rely on the phone for work. Instead of coming with Samsung preloaded apps and settings, this phone came in an AT&T box with all their settings. My old phone had terrific reception and I was able to use the internet anytime I needed to, even if WIFI was not available. The new phone however with the AT&T settings rarely has service, and even when I have WIFI it won't load pages, or just says to check my network connection. I've tried a few things to remedy the issue, but it seems that with the straight AT&T settings the phone does not operate as well as my old phone with the Samsung settings. I'm currently looking into returning this phone and have gone back to using my old one.
The phone is AT&T unlocked phone not just unlocked! New... really. The phone starting acting after few days. If u want return the phone u need to contact the seller not walmart. I did not get my money back yet from the care plan even I have a warranty on it.
