I sas so impressed at how when i walked in the store to pick up my phone I ordered and my old phone sim card automatically went off. I was approached at the door and my phone was ready. 10 min tops or less! And when I got home, switching my old data over with smart switch went smoothly!

I contacted the seller prior to purchase because I wanted to know the condition of the item and the warranty status. The seller said it was a new phone in an open box with a 1 year Samsung warranty. This phone has wear and tear on the back like it's been in someone's back pocket for a long time. A IMEI check shows there is no warranty on the device. I am returning the phone.

Seller sent a locked phone in fair to poor condition and then after I got my refund from Walmart after mailing the phone back they claimed I sent the wrong item back and charged me again for a phone I sent back weeks prior. Could be a genuine mistake or they're doing this to scam people.
I purchased this phone and it was not unlocked so I returned it and tried again and ordered it and AGAIN it was not unlocked!! So frustrating!!! Only works on Verizon network.
