Purchased 2 of these tablets for my toddlers. They love them. Out of all the tablets I've tried (the kids tab from Verizon and the fire) I've found this too be my favorite. Samsung electronics are very easy to use. I do wish I could make files like I can on my cell phone but it's okay it is just a kid's tablet. I purchased the cases from Amazon for 13.99
So after having a ipad 3 for about 3 years or so, my ipad was messing up and I was fed up with it. I knew I didn't want another ipad because it was way beyond what I could afford. I started looking around for a new tablet and came across this while in walmart. Now I don't play a lot of games on tablets. Never have. Candy crush, best fiends, and handle ever play those. I usually just do normal web browsing, facebook, youtube, kindle, tumblr, and I watch the shows on my dvr through the xfinity app.this tablet is great! My dad knew I wanted it and ended up surprising me and brought it for me, and I love it. I feel like I'm rare in my opinion but i have always loved androids better than ipads, and this is one of the better ones I've had, and it doesn't feel cheaply made either. The screen/picture looks great. Internet works fast. Battery is pretty good too and charges up pretty quick. It does have split screen ability which is pretty cool, never used that before. It does have a slot for a micro sd card, but will only work for ones up to 32gb. All in all, I'm very happy that this replaced my ipad. And honestly, I don't really know what's so different between this lite version and the normal version. I was speaking to the guy in the store and he said he knew the battery on the lite is 9 hr vs normal 11 hr, and the micro sd card u can put in this one can only go up to 32 gb vs normal is higher, can't remember what, but that's about it. This tablet runs fast. if u are looking for a cheaper tablet that's worth the money this one is it.
I bought this tablet last year during Black Friday for my 10 yr old son and a year later it's still in great shape. He's able to play games, email me and watch Netflix. I was so impressed I bought my 7 yet old one this year for Christmas and I know he's going to love it.
I purchased this for my 3 year old son because he used my phone all the time to watch videos .. He loves it! It's very easy to use and the images are very bright and clear. I now havey phone back and we're both happy.
The tablet is great. I love anything Samsung. The only thing is I thought it may have had some type of Wi-Fi plan to go it it since it said with Wi-Fi. They inserts doesn't say how to enable it or anything so it would be nice to have clarification.
Sometimes my smart phone is just too small a screen and my iPad is too big. This is the perfect size for carrying around in my purse to read an e-paper or show photos.
This tablet is perfect for a toddler. The size fits their hands and it is simple to use. However, if you're familiar with pinning (locking an application to the screen), it is a must have for kids on the devices. This tablet DOES NOT have that! Otherwise, they constantly click out of their learning apps by pressing the home button or tapping on the screen. It's rather annoying. Also finding a quality case was difficult. I decided to go with the one attached below and purchased a glass screen protector as well.
I LOVED this tablet. Purchased two for my kids. Can access most apps and games, internet, Wi-Fi.
Made a mistake, thought I ordered a 10", but am glad I got this instead, so much easier to hold while reading my books and fits in my purse instead of carrying it when I go someplace..... Its fast and easy to play my games...
It's too heavy, and hurts my hands to hold for any length of time, because I have carpal tunnel syndrome. It's also fairly slick, and hard to hold onto without a case on it. Otherwise, it's perfect-- great price, does everything I need it to.
