Light in weight, great camera quality.last tablet used an ipad so took some adjustment including with app use. Didnt think the tab and back button would make a difference but it has become so convenient. I'll be staying with samsung for a while now.
Ordered one for me and one for my wife for an upcoming trip with long car and plane rides. I chose the S2 for it's higher resolution, which did not disappoint. The 8" is a handy size and easy on the eyes due to the higher res. Just like the phones, the micro USB and headphone jack are very welcomed features that, unfortunately, may be stripped from newer devices. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I love this tablet..it is top notch. I have an older Galaxy 10 " ,but this one..even tho smaller and much lighter is great. Comes on fast, easy to use .
I'm in love with my new tablet S2!!! it's the best tablet I've ever had and I can even make phone calls from it and as soon as I discover how to receive my cell phone calls then I will really be happy.
Better graphics, battery last longer, faster than any other tablet

I love the eight inch tab s2. The portrait shaped screen makes it excellent for browsing the Web and reading. The high resolution screen makes videos look great. It's also generally fast and responsive. I just wish I could have got a 4G version. Extremely thin and nice looking without a case.
This tablet is a good size and weight. It is easy to set up and has a long battery life.
Won’t know till after Christmas
I bought this in July of 2016. In August 2018, the screen developed a green band and then went black 3 days later. Loved it while it lasted, great screen and fast processing. I was hoping to keep it for at least 3 years. It is an expensive machine to replace every other year.
