This phone is really amazing, fingerprint, qaulity screen lightening, motion sensors but the only problem is that I have not yet received the android 5.0 version, please someone help me.
Functionality, features, and price beat any other smartphones out there because Samsung Galaxy S5 is so neat for a smartphone and Virgin Mobile Data Done right plan doesn't hurt your wallet! It's the most affordable out there!
As an owner of four previous Samsung phones, I have consistently been pleased with each new iteration of their Galaxy series phones. The Galaxy S5 has continued this pattern, and I continue to be impressed not only with the added features and performance, but also with its resiliency, design, and dependability. To point out only a few of its most impressive features I must begin with the camera, an easy-to-use feature that consistently takes clear, sharp photos. The improved screen resolution allows users to immediately appreciate the photos taken with the phone, and the photo gallery makes it easy to keep track of photos by easily creating albums that are simple to navigate and to transfer photos from one album to another. The HD phone connection is as clear as any phone I've used, providing voice resolution so clear that one would guess that the person to whom you're speaking is in the same room. Like most users, I have dropped my Galaxy S5 more than once. Never have I had an issue with the Galaxy S5 due to this, and in fact it is difficult to even know that the phone has been dropped because of the resiliency of the case. It amazes me that such a sophisticated device can stand up to the rigors of everyday use and the occasional mishap. Samsung has designed the Galaxy S5 to be user intuitive. It is simple to maneuver around the phone's various functions, and one gets the notion that Samsung rigorously tests usability in order to design a phone that provides so many features, but is still extremely simple for a human to use. So long as Samsung maintains their high standards for construction, design, and usability, they have a customer for life. I am excited to follow the evolution of the Galaxy series, and I have no doubt that Samsung will continue to push the boundaries when it comes to innovation. Congratulations, Samsung, on a job well done.
I can sum up the S5 in one word: awesome. I can only think of one very small complaint: the usb port cover is hard to open. Use the Samsung Smart Switch app (available in Google Play) to bring over all of the apps and information from your old phone. It worked perfectly for me, only skipping one app (which I discovered by searching in Google Play apparently is no longer offered). I was already a Virgin Mobile customer, so I expected the super easy phone swapping process via the website which I had experienced in the past. To my surprise, it told me "this is not a Virgin Mobile phone!" What?? I called Virgin Mobile support, and they referred me to a special phone number for the phones purchased from Walmart. Believe it or not, I was told I had to create a new account to use this phone! This was very weird and needlessly complicated. On the plus side, the rep was very competent and helpful, and in a total of perhaps 30 minutes he had my new account set up, the new phone activated, and my existing Virgin Mobile number on the new phone. This is my third Samsung S series phone (2, 3, and 5), all on Virgin Mobile. I have been completely satisfied with the excellent performance of the Samsung S series phones. I have been completely satisfied with the excellent service and excellent prices offered by Virgin Mobile. This is the first time I purchased a phone from Walmart, and I would definitely do it again.
THIS ONE IS BEST YOU'VE MADE. S-6 & 7 need serious WORK !! BEFORE I UPGRADE AGAIN

I absolutely Love it! It's the best phone ever! Does everything I want it to do! Fast, and for the $30.00 a month plan, it's perfect! Why pay so much more for a contract! I have unlimited Text, 300 minutes a month. (I don't talk much on the phone) I text everybody! lol! Very Very Pleased with it!
I can't believe I finally got this phone, it is everything I knew it would be and much much more. I have never seen a device charge so fast in my life. The battery life is outstanding, the best I have seen on a high end device. Everything runs fluid and smooth, all text and pictures are crisp and clear. The camera exceeded my expectations. No problems with overheating like my s3. Not real fond of the new OS Lollipop but that is only a small complaint and I can deal with it. I also do not like that you can't disable all the not so important apps, you can disable quite a few but not all. I love the customization it offers. The phone downloads very very fast. The sound quality is superb. The phone is very thin, sleek and light weight. I love that it has the cover on the charging port. But I think the one thing that makes this phone a real gem is the fact that it charges lightning fast and that the battery lasts a very very very long time. While I slept 8 hours it only used 1% and the first day i got it I played with it 12 hours straight and it only used 49% thats with streaming youtube and web browsing and lots of downloading, all the heavy stuff....Yes this phone costs more than most people's rent but I promise it is worth every penny.
I recently bought this phone and haven't been able to put it down yet. There is a lot to set up because I know know that my life now revolves around this phone. You can put in all your information and infuse it with apps to make your life so much easier.
In fact, don't get any of the Data Done Right phones if you have never had one before. It requires a starter kit, which (of course) is sold separately. I checked many stores and many places online and could not find it anywhere! I would not have gotten the phone had I known this beforehand, but it doesn't say anywhere that the starter kit is required to activate a new phone. Needless to say, I will be returning this phone right away. Not impressed with Virgin Mobile and will be switching carriers after being with them for about 7 years. Very disappointed.
