[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher about 3 months ago, we love it! It's so quite you don't even know it is running. We love the very top slim rack that you can put lids on it and not get them lost in the washer. The dishwasher does its job of getting the dishes clean the 1st time. And we also like how the door pops open 5 minutes before it's done to let the steam out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] versatile and accommodating racks... extra capacity and flexibility allow it to hold more dishes per cycle... quieter than other dishwashers at this price, and it's hushed enough that most people won't even hear it unless they're standing next to it... a solid choice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best of all is how attractive looking this dishwasher is... it cleans well and is quiet too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very ,very happy. Works perfectly with my kitchen cabinets. Quiet , we can watch TV with no problem. Dishes are clean and dry.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great and easy to use , sometimes don't clean properly at bottom areas cuz have a T plastic to drain the water, that piece for some reason always have problems and have to put in place again and again in order to clean good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful appliance and I cannot wait to have it installed and put it to use. We have decided to remodel our kitchen and so are waiting to install the unit until the new base cabinets are in place
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my kitchen suite in tuscan steel for almost a month now, and my dishwasher has been well used. I love the space and the connectivity with my phone. I do think that the load time is a little long, with sn auto cycle being 2 hrs and 46 minutes. Also I am not a fan of the open to dry feature since I have to leave it open all day for dry dishes.. my dishes do come out clean, however, and I have only noticed residue on 1 ladle after some user induced technical difficulties. Overall I like the dishwasher, and I am ok with the purchase.
I bought this dishwasher directly through Samsung the end of March of this year. I paid to have it installed professionally via Samsung- and nearly a MONTH later it was installed. All was fine until June 6, when water started leaking out the bottom. I promptly contacted Samsung. A week later a tech came out and was insistent it was a manufacturer defect and new parts would not remedy the situation. The tech claims the issue is a faulty gasket. Instead of Samsung promptly exchanging the product- they want us to wait for parts to come in and then roll the dice for the dishwasher to leak again?! Our hardwood floor has already buckled from the first leak. This run around is awful, especially considering our family just put in all new Samsung appliances in our kitchen. Get this dishwasher only if you like to run a dishwasher and wonder if you'll have water all over your floor while trying to wash your dishes. I reasonably asked for an exchange on a product that I was told by their tech has a manufacturer defect. It's a pretty dishwasher but it's also a pretty awful experience dealing with it.
we bought this dishwasher from bestbuy 2 months ago, after the first couple of weeks of using it we start to get a lc ( water leak) code and the dish washer would stop working, since that first time, samsung has sent 5 diffrent guys out 5 diffrent times to fix the same problem, the water leak. and tonight, 1 day after the last samsung repair guy was just here to fix the water leak, it starts leaking water again. i have tired contacting samsung and just got tossed around from department to department, no one could help me. i was trying to get a refund or replacment. the repair guys are incompetent of thier work and samsung has terible customer service. i dont ever leave reviews but i feel so helpless in my situation. i have not been more unsatisfied with a product before in my life.
i would give this a negative 10 stars if i could the dishwasher i got was damaged and they said they couldn't replace it after replacing two previous dishwashers they had delivered damaged and when i tried to call them they hung up on it three times
