I love the nightstands they are very sturdy and compliment our bedroom nicely it took awhile to build but was worth the time Sauder furniture is lovely we will purchase the dresser soon. Thanks Sauder.
Fast delivery. Quality according to the Sauder quality. All components were good assembled for delivery. Material without any defects. Once assembled the nightstand, it looked what I was desiring. My bedroom looks now different.
I bought these nightstands as well as all the other pieces. I bought the headboard, 4 drawer chest, the headboard, an entertainment stand and the two set of shelves that go next to the entertainment stand. I really enjoyed all of the pieces. It's an adventure trying to build everything and some of the wood was so so heavy that I couldn't lift it. I mean, I can't lift much but the headboard alone was 90 pounds. The products are very detailed and it was easy putting it together using the manual. I really like the finished products. The wood was a little darker than I had expected. Overall, I'm glad my husband built most of it, I held pieces together and lined them up but it was a lot of work. Fun adventure for the two of us.
I love Cherry wood furniture an this piece sure fits my bill! Took me about 2 hrs all together to construct even with my disability. Great step by step directions. I've had MANY Sauder pieces, all with great results an long lasting. Excellent price as well!
I was pleasantly surprized when I received the nightstands. I needed nightstands and was on a tight budget. I had ordered them because they were inexpensive and the finish would blend with my bedroom furniture. I was very happy when they arrived. They are beautiful. A neighbor was visiting when they arrived and he was also impressed with the quality. It took my husband a little while to assemble the first one but it was not too difficult. The second was one went together faster. There is a tiny blemish on one of them but it's not noticable enough to worry about. I was also impressed with the manner in which they were packed. All of the edges of the cartons were heavily reinforced.
I really like the finished piece because majority of the furniture itself is pretty solid even though it is made from pressed sawdust. It took me three hours total to finish assemble the furniture, which to me is not bad at all. While putting the pieces together, I made a few mistakes because some of the instructions didn't seem clear enough to me. I put two different pieces on its wrong side and that messed up this one piece that I later assembled. Because the earlier piece(s) were placed on its wrong side, it caused one later piece to slightly break due to over-screwing. The reason for over-screwing had everything to do with the fact that I misplaced the earlier piece(s). I did not contact the manufacture to send me another piece of the one that slightly cracked because it was a really minor crack that was not that noticeable. So my suggestion to those who consider this furniture, make sure you put them on their right side.
Sturdy construction with easy to follow instructions. Very sturdy drawer glides and hinges are easy to install. Great deal for the price! Only problem is the thin covering on the item is easy to scratch.
With a little previous knowledge it was fairly easy to setup with the schematic instructions, one screw was missing from the package, but everything was fine.
This nightstand was a little complicated to put together, but not bad. The drawer works well and stops, as it should, when fully pulled out. It looks good next to the bed. I put a protective mat on the top since it is wood composite.
pretty happy with it overall all. There were. Few imperfections in the pieces causing some small spaces, and more than a few of the wood parts were not labeled with what part they were (for example if it was supposed to be labeled part L or M, it wasn't).
