Bought this can yesterday, tried it and like it a lot. Nice wide can that is more stable in your vehicle when going to fill it. Handle reaches back and a groove on bottom of can makes 2 handed operation easy. And yes, YOU CAN USE IT WITH TWO HANDS IF you remove the little spring that constantly locks it and requires a third hand to hold open while pouring. Simply pry it out with a little screw driver and give it a quick yank with pliers. Once the spring is removed you can easily shift from lock to unlock and it will stay in position allowing 2 handed operation. Unlock it, grab the can with 2 hands, place it in whatever you're filling and simply press down with either the upper or lower push stem on the spout and "control your pour." Pull back and the flow is stopped. Has a firm washer to avoid spills whether open or locked and a rather neat thumb release for unscrewing the spout. Didn't leak for me if I tightened the spout firmly. Would also be easy to release pressure. Simply Unlock and press the spout down. So far I'm happy. Will by four more and see how they hold up.
easy to use, in expensive, gas doesn't leak, what more to ask for?
It's good for the price.
When i got can, which is plastic, I filled it with 4.5 gallons of gas, temp at time 65 degrees .I filled up my generator with 3.5 gals. leaving 1 gallon left over .it collapsed when weather turned cold 3 days later. I do not know if i could have done anything to stop it from happening. Will try to return.
For starters, it would not seal so the first 3 - 4 times I used it there was a steady stream of gas splashing my shoes. Then the spout popped out of the top while I was pouring.
