It is badly chipped. extremely poor shape. OVER PRICED. not like the description. the keys tink tink horrabley. all keys sound the same. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE this it is impossible to ship back. My mother who is 85 purchased it for our grand kids and I will not tell her what a waste it is.
