Scientific Explorer Our Amazing Solar System is a kit that lets you build, paint, construct and explore our solar system with nine realistic scale planet models. This kit includes two sets of scientifically exact planet and moon models for you to create. The "Sky Set" is designed to hang in your room and consists of a sun poster, models of all nine planets and the seven largest moons in the solar system. All the planets and moons in the "Sky Set" are made to the same scale. Your kit also contains a "Desk Set" with larger models of the "Sky Set" planets. The "Desk Set" is for your desk or bookshelf and includes the inner planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars), the moon and stands and labels can be use for display purposes. The diameter of each model is exactly five-times greater than the diameter of the same planet in the "Sky Set." In volume, each one is exactly 125-times larger.
