The Scosche PowerHub Cup Holder Phone Mount and Hub provides two convenient and useful functions. The phone mount does an excellent job of holding my phone, allowing it to be positioned where I can reach it and see it when it is safe to do so. I was initially concerned that the flexible shaft might not hold position firmly when driving, especially if making a sharp turn or quick stop, but it actually worked very well and I never had any problem with the phone shifting around while driving. I'm sure that it would go flying in a collision, but it holds fine for regular driving. The USB power hub is convenient for charging a passenger's phone or another device.
This phone holder is great as compared to some others i have tried. I like that you can spin the base to lock it in place. You can actually make it really tight so there is no movement in it whatsoever. I also like that it provides 2 additional cigarette plugs for other devises and 2 additional USB ports for your phones and other devices One of the other great features is the adjustable flex pole that holds the phone. This can be adjusted just about any way you want to position the phone away from your radio or clock if it's in the way
Received item a few days ago, undamaged and in working condition. This fits into any cup holder. You will need a power supply for it because it does charge 2 cell phones. The neck of this phone is strong enough to hold a iphone or android phone. Ive had some that just cant with stand the weight. Especially the type you stick in an air vent. This opens up large enough for the new iphone 11s and Galaxy phones. It fits them snug so the wont slip down. This is great to see who is calling you while driving. Though I would recommend a headset or ear piece for hands free driving. This will be perfect in my work truck. Have a great day
I think what I like best about that cup holder phone mount and charging hub is the fact that there is a red LED light on the plug so that I'll be somewhat less likely to forget and leave it plugged in overnight. I'm impressed with the level of inventiveness that went into this product. Simply turn the base of the unit in order to adjust it so it fits securely in most cup holders. The flexible neck attached to the phone holder is rigid enough that vibration encountered on the highway probably won't cause it to move or bend. The phone mount is nice because the sidearms are padded with foam material and there are two support feet which prevent the phone from slipping downward. To remove the phone from the holder, simply press a button on the back side of the phone holder. The phone can easily be positioned in the holder in a vertical or portrait orientation or twisted to a horizontal or landscape orientation. I'll use one of the two power sockets to power my dash cam. Having two USB ports is absolutely great when you need to charge multiple devices while traveling. The power adapter cord and plug all appear to be very good quality. I think the entire unit is well engineered and would be a great addition to any vehicle. The packaging is also very nice so this would be a good gift item. The forward cup holder in the center console of my old compact car is very close to the dash. Installation of the cup holder almost blocks one of the controls on the dash but I'll be able to work around it. Great product.
A lot of vehicles only have 1 12 volt port to charge your phone or any accessories you may have. This not only holds your phone in any position you would want but has 2 usb ports and 2 12 volt cigarette lighter style ports. I take it out of the truck when I take my boat out fishing to charge my phone and extra gopro batteries. It has a small cup for storage that i put my memory cards in. And you don't have to worry what size your cup holder is because it has 3 tabs that protrude out as you turn the center of the unit so you can make it fit in any cup holder. It actually tightened really good and doesn't move around even on rough roads or water. I do like the metal phone holder that flexes to point your cellphone where you want and it stays where you put it. I think it is definitely a good product and designed well.
I put this in my wife's car and at first we didn't think it fit snug enough but realized you twist it to extend sections in the base to expand for a good fit. I guess it pays to read instructions first. It has two USB's, one 5 watts and the other 12 watts. It also comes with a two 12 volt plugs with it's own power cord extending a little over 2 feet. Has a small pocket for loose change and a LED light to let you know it's plugged in.You will need your cell phone USB cord to charge your cell as it's not included. The flexible neck is very stiff and strong so you don't have to worry about heavy phones sagging. My wife likes it so I'll be looking into this brand for one that holds a GPS soon.
This phone mount holder with built in USB power hub seems to be very well engineered and built. It's solid and is expected to last a long time, especially being in the hot interior of a Florida vehicle. The adjustable base easily expands to fit most any diameter cup holder and stays firmly in place. The bendable phone support is rather tall, probably suited for larger vehicles such as full sized trucks or SUV's. I have a small vehicle but after bending the phone support into an S shape for lower use, it resolved that within my vehicle. It does hold my cell phone securely and this is better than having to reach further if it were a windshield or dash mount type. All in all, this is a sturdy product.

The top portion that holds your phone has spring loaded adjustable holding brackets that will hold a phone up to 3 ½” wide. The flexible neck and 360 degree adjustable head allows you to view your phone in portrait, landscape or any position in between. The stem from the base to the head is approximately 8” long and ½” in diameter. Although the stem is very sturdy and it takes a bit of an effort to bend it into the position you want I have found that if you are not driving on a smooth road the phone vibrates and shakes quite a bit through the stem. A problem I never had using an air vent mounted cell phone holder! Time will tell if this condition aggravates me enough to quit using this phone mount.

This is an awesome phone holder, especially if you don't want to stick your phone to your windshield. It holds the Samsung Galaxy Note S10+ :a very heavy phone:, with no problems, no sagging or bending, and it doesn't fall out. This thing just holds your phone in place. It does take up a cup holder, and if you have deep cup holders, you may have a hard time adjusting the "hold" of the mount. Its very nice to have a pass through 12 volt and 2 USB outlets. The USB is 2.4 amps, which is adequate, but newer phones are going to 3.0 amps and higher. But is does get the job done. This one is not a wireless charger, but with a thick case, it probably won't charge anyways. But I do think they offer an IQ charger model.
