I like this scotch tape because it was exactly what I expected when I purchased it for wrapping presents. It's clear. It sticks to wrapping paper. My dog chewed up the rolls of tape I had before. Fortunately, it's affordable to replace.

This is my most favorite Scotch Brand tape of all! This giftwrap tape has a strong invisible seal and is virtually undetectable!!! Scotch brand tape is the ONLY tape I use and trust for all my gift wrapping needs! This gift wrap tape holds up so well that I used it to make and hold together my wrapping paper ballgown (which I created for the Ellen Show - Most Gifted Wrapper contest). I used Scotch Brand Giftwrap tape to piece and hold together my ball gown (which was comprised of 4 separate parts) as well as, attach the tinsel garland. I used Scotch Brand Double Sided tape to attach the bows and smaller trim. (Despite how my heavy my bows and garland trims were, both types of tape held together beautifully - even when I moved and danced in my wrapping paper ball gown!) You could not even see the tape seams on my 3D wrapping paper dog! I love using this giftwrap tape especially for my holiday crafting projects and for all my gift wrapping needs. An added bonus: Scotch Tape is made in the USA! (I am a huge U.S. made product supporter!) my family has been using scotch tape for generations! Its a brand that has never let us down. i hope they continue to deliver such quality products for many generations yet to come.
If you care what your gifts look like when they are presented to their person, this is the tape you need! Scotch Gift Wrap tape is the best I have found. It virtually disappears when placed on the paper. I tried 2 other "gift wrap" tapes, and they might as well have been neon. They shined, and you could see exactly where they were placed. I don't like my tape to shine! Lol
bought during black friday sale and the price was great! all set to start wrapping the kiddos presents now! I also rated this item 5 stars because they had made it so easy to use. ive bought some tape before where i had to spend so much time finding where the tape starts which was beyond frustrating lol but not with this tape! this tape was all set and ready to be used :)
We ordered this tape before Christmas for wrapping gifts and normally we just use the regular clear tape but it of course was out of stock so this was the next available but after using it I prefer the original, this one is harder to tear off. But it got the job done
not great in the amount...but cant expect these corps to behave proper when the love of money the reason for this evil but it sticks, looks pretty invisable, the product is Epic
I would give no stars if it was possible. This tape would not stay stuck to wrapping paper. I would stick a piece to the paper and go to stick another opposite of it and the other would come undone. No matter what we did the tape wouldn't stick to any of the wrapping paper brands we have. Ended up having to go to the store to purchase cheapest brand that worked like a dream. Scotch you're a major disappointment.
