I'm addicted to using tape my user on just about everything and this is the best in class when it comes to tape . I love this product five star review five star product !!!
Works as described! Great for taping up moving boxes with heavy items in them.
it says heavy duty and that's what you get. it's strong enough to hold a slightly overpacked box together without fear it will pop. this is my go-to every time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled to have Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape available to seal my return! I needed to return a box filled with multiple heavy items. This tape was amazing for getting a very neat and tight seal when closing. The dispenser made stretching the tape across the box a breeze. The serrated cutting edge was efficient when I needed to clip the end of the tape. I would highly recommend this when you want a high performance seal with ease of use.
My delivery was made to another address on my street, 2 houses away. As soon as I received the text notification, I went to the door and nothing was there. I logged onto my account and saw a picture of the delivery on someone else's porch. I recognized the house and walked over to retrieve my order. Fortunately, everything was there.
Three ibuprofens and hour later, still struggling to figure out how to release beginning of tape roll so I could start using it. There was no tab to pull on end of tape to get it started. There were no directions on package, either. Finally put roll under bright light and examined. There is an INVISABLE perforation that needs to be broken and tape then released. There was no way to know this on the package.
Purchased last night and when I got it home, discovered there was no metal cutting strip. I needed to ship a package, so I used the tape anyway, cutting it off with scissors.
I don't know what you call this contraption that everybody gives 4 and 5 stars but this piece of crap did nothing but allow the tape to seal back onto the tape roll every time I cut it so I had to pick it manually off the roll with my fingernails, then when I managed that and cut it again, it just did the same thing. Tried to reverse the roll so the tape would then stick onto the blade and then not go back on the roll again but the dispenser completely refused to cooperate and I couldn't get the roll fit into the dispenser anymore. Complete junk. Is 3M going down the crapper? Thanks, I'll use duct tape. At least that way I know I can get it off the roll without ruining my entire afternoon - ;(
I am so sick of the delivery drivers dropping my package to the wrong door. Definitely not my door
Tape doesnt fit the holder. Cannot get tape off, it is stuck and has to be removed from the dispenser holder in order to get a piece of tape off.
