[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this packaging tape lasted all the way to Hawaii. i took out the tape and turned it around. Using the dispenser, it was easy to wrap the box and cut the tape too. The box went from South Carolina to Hawaii. Aloha
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hand held unit is lightweight, easy to use and tape dispenses easily. No need for cutting tools as unit has seratted edge for easy tear. Tape seals smoothly with no creases and applie smooth across surface.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for a review. There is only so much one can find to say about shipping tape, as they are very similar. One good thing this Sure Start Scotch product has going for it is that the "lost" end, which usually ends up being firmly secured to the roll, is easier to find and start rolling out. And, it did not shred into multiple little strips! However, if you pull out a long roll of tape, it seems to have a lot of static, and sometimes will curl back and adhere to itself. Overall, I would say this product is an improvement over the irritating end-of-the-tape start/stop issue.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tape is perfect width to seal boxes. Two of my children leave in different cities so I am always sending something to one of them. Tape is sticky enough to withstand abuse from package delivery personnel. Tape is priced well.

The packages tape from3M cut Presley and didn't curl .I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who does shipping or packaging for moving boxes excellent. here in Wisconsin it works well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is great! I especially love that you can always find the end easily, as it is held by two plastic tabs after cutting a piece off. It cuts off very nicely, and excellent heavy duty tape for mailing packages.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reusing a mailable box was an opportune time to use my new *Scotch packaging tape”. The new roll was easy to use with the enclosed dispenser, which is made from recycled content. First I removed the bright yellow caution piece, then, Located the start of tape, which even with long nails, was easy to start. I threaded the tape, boxed, closed and easily & quietly taped the packaged. After I finish taping I always fold the start back on itself for easy start next time. This is a great packaging tape-no splintering or splitting while using. It is easy for me to recommend this Scotch Sure Start Packaging tape. I love Scotch Brand products (3M). I rated this product a 4.5 because I prefer the Scotch Box Lock Shipping tape. It is a thicker and stronger tape, which I use I on moving boxes. However this Scotch packaging tape is perfect for lighter packages. * I received this free sample from 3M to evaluate.
I received this product from 3M to review. I liked how quiet and easy the tape was to unwind. At work, we have different ones that are so loud and hard to unroll, and the whole office can hear when you use it. For that reason this product would be a nice substitute. The stickiness seemed average. I was able to stick and unstick it from cardboard pretty easily. Definitely would not use it for a heavy box or anything heavy duty. Light shipping would be fine. I also had a tough time getting it started (the ends kept splitting apart), but once I got it going it was fine. Overall, pretty average for tape, but the quiet aspect could definitely be beneficial. Everytime I applied this to my package the tape lifted off and would not stick. Its advertised as a great shipping tape.
