I had this tape dispenser shipped to the store. After I got back to the office, I opened the box and it was missing that clear circle thing that holds the tape. Both the "pickup" person and the "customer service" person (yes, I had to go to both places when I returned this item) said "it doesn't come with tape". I had to explain I was not returning it because it didn't have tape, it doesn't have the thing that holds the roll of tape in place. Disappointed, I loved the color, but had to return it and I hate returning things.
