Work great, will buy again
This is seriously the best hair clip/barrette I've ever owned, and I've used a lot over the years! This particular clip has a no-slip plastic cover that shields hair from getting stuck in the moving parts of the barrette. It keeps the hair in place and doesn't damage the strands. It also has a 3-click system that allows for different thickness of hair! I am totally in love with this barrette! I had pretty much given up on hair clips and have only used hair ties for the last few years, but for a little birthday gift to myself, I bought these barrettes. They are fabulous!! I've worn the clip all week, and love it. My hair looks cute, isn't damaged, doesn't get caught in the moving metal parts, and the 3-click levels basically is like having 3 barrettes-in-one! Love it. I think the only thing I want is another set!! :) This package came in a black clip and a tortoise shell (tan/brown/black) pattern. The clips were less than $5, and totally worth every penny! I've had great experiences with the sturdiness of the Scunci brand (only brand I buy for that reason), so these should hold up for many years. Great product, thanks Walmart! :)
The only barrette I've ever found that adjusts to hair thickness. Stays where you put it and does NOT slide out during the day. Great, affordable product!
I love how these have 3 settings! I have a ton of hair, so I need a strong barrette when I need to get the hair out of my eyes while working. These are perfect.
I love this type of clip but the plastic on top always breaks, I am really looking for the domed shape but these are OK till I find the ones I want.
I like the no-slip grip and the color choices of these barrettes. However, the top portion of the black clip has broken almost immediately ... 4 different times! I do not plan to purchase the set a 5th time.
The plastic piece of this barrette breaks very easily. I have curly hair that is fine and thick but not nearly as thick as it was when I was younger. These look good for a little while but break much too easily.
I was excited about the No-Slip Grip® Thin Auto Clasp Barrette. I thought ir would protect my hair from breaking. The shell on the black clip broke while I was wearing it, then the brown one broke too while I was wearing it. I went to the store to buy another pair, but the ones on teh card were broken too. There must be a flaw in the design.
