I like the grip of these compared to the cloth with elastic in them. The look is better for men, I think. No photos below. Use your imagination.
Really holds the hair! The only kind I use
these are so comfortable. I wish I had them a long time ago.
These are the only ones that will work on my hair. I have to have these lol
I love these! I use one with another hair-tie (to avoid ripping my hair out), but it helps hold my long
The only hairties that keep my long, thick hair in place all day. So sad my store stopped carrying them!
I received a sample three-pack of these with a pack of regular Scunci hair elastics. These are very easy to put in, they grip very well, and they tug much less than most hair elastics when you're wearing them. Extremely comfortable! The only problem is taking them off. They grip so well that they want to take a few hairs with them, so you can't just tug them off. These are definitely an evolution in hair elastics. They ARE more expensive, but I would be willing to pay the additional cost for the additional comfort. However, if you or your child has a very sensitive scalp, and losing a few hairs would be a big deal, you might want to consider going with the regular elastics instead.
I loved normal Scunci hair ties until I got a sample set of these with another pack I bought. I assumed they would snag in my hair so I ignored them, I was pleasantly surprised after grabbing one accidentally. After a long workout, these slide right out of my wet and curly hair without being tangled, which is no small feat. I only take off one star because they are a bit "tighter" than cloth/elastic hair ties and it is harder to use them for buns, but they are great for ponytails or braiding and stay in place.
I returned these. I thought they were the cloth coated hair ties and they were just the plastic rings. My daughter had them before and they had pulled her hair. Walmart returned them and I bought another scunci product that works better without pulling the hair. Thank you walmart!
Definitely not what is pictured. I was really excited about the pack in the picture but got something different.
