A very comfortable chair. Gives get back support, while also being comfortable to sit in.
Bought this chair to replace another Serta that was very uncomfortable and wearing down after only 1 year. This chair is supportive, good looking and rolls easily. Great purchase for our office!
Came one day later than predicted but is truly fantastic. I have lower lumbar disc problems and this has really reduced my pain after being in it at the office all day. Yay.
I've been working remote for several years. I've purchases a few chair that felt confortable, but my new Serta air is extraordinary. Not sure why I spent too many years with back pain trying other chairs. I can work long hours now with no back pain.
Everything about the chair is great except that it feels a little wobbly. We checked to be sure we did assembly right and tried to adjust but still wobbly. Hoping it won't break or become worse b/c otherwise it's very comfy w/good support, padding, and quite nice looking. Here's hoping it holds up!
This chair has eased my back pain to the point of nonexistence. It is very comfortable and has helped my posture out. It is well padded, although the seat seems a little deflated after only two weeks of use (the only reason I have for docking this chair any points, as was the main problem with my previous chair and why I replaced it) but still seems like it'll support me for a long time. I wanted a chair that had a tall back, supported my back, had comfortable armrests, and supported my weight (close to max @ 240 pounds) with ease and comfort. This chair satisfies all of these and I'm very pleased. Also has good hydraulics. It's the envy of my best friend, and I am sure I'd buy it again if and when I need one for another room. Also, as a bonus, it fits in pretty well with my existing furniture, some of which is maple, black, or gray, though that was not one of my considerations when I bought it.
Arrived before expected date, Box was damaged and that allowed the chair bottom to arrive scuffed and missing paint. If you are not inclined to assemble this is not your chair. It arrived completely disassembled and there are many pieces. Once put together it is worth it. Upon initial use I can feel the back support. I spend a good deal of time at my putter. I think this will make a difference for my literally broken back, If I can get up and not be doubled over it works for me. Great Price only I wish it came in a tan color as well. One draw back is if you are extra wide the arms will not allow you to sit comfortably/
Super comfy. Looks great! Easy to assemble. The only issue I have with the chair is the attention to detail during the manufacturing. I'm a tid bit OCD and there are just little things that you can't see unless you're up close that could have been done better.
Chair is ok but really expected a lot more comfort being a Serta. Should be less expensive and if I could would return and buy a different chair.
This chair is not comfortable at all, also even at the lowest level my feet hangs so it's to tall, keep in mind that this is not a chair for big and tall.
