The only thing was it was extremely heavy so if you buy a mattress when it arrives with no help vs buying from a matress store is the difference. Thank God my neighbor was home. She helped nd carry it up the steps as it is a two person job. It is extremely comfortable and well worth the price. Other places want close to 900 for the same mattress. So far, very satisfied customer! I would have given a 5 but delivery guy left too far from my door and had to drag it.
I bought this mattress with high hopes. I unwrapped it %26 let it rise 24 hours. i just put it on my bed i was shocked to see cuts down the center on the back. They could not have been made in the unwrapping because the folds were all in the opposite direction. It would be nice to at least be sent a cover to cover all the cuts.
The mattress came damaged and they did give me a free return but no drop off to Walmart. They wanted it repackaged and sent via carrier. Could not return mattress. Horrible. Photos are 5 days after unboxing and trying to weigh down
This mattress is not worth the hype, it supposed have pressure relieving comfort provided by Gel memory foam, after setting it up and sleeping on it the first night my lower back was hurting its too firm. The top gel memory foam is not as pictured. I would not recommend this item.
The mattress was delivered on time, I purchased the mattress for way more than I saw on the box that was delivered with a clearance sticker of $299 and I paid $499 The box was damaged and all open.
I bought it last week and arrived at my house yesterday, i set it up over my bed as soon as I received it. I don't know what happened but I am sure it is not the shape this mattress is supposed to get.
I bought this mattress because last year 2023 we bought one for a Full bed. Everything was ok. Good product. In these opportunity as you can see at the pictures the king Mattress product its defective. What I am gone a do?
I am having MAJOR issues with thus mattress. I can't find sheets to fit and it has still not filled out, the mattress is more of a round shape and does not look or feel like it should.
10" cool gel mattress is way too soft, when you sit on the side and it gives in and you sink way down. I have trouble with my knees, so this isnt a good fit for me. Also for anyone that may carry a little weight may have issues and not any back support. It would be ok for a childs weight.
This was my first experience with a bed in a box, and based on the reviews I had high hopes for it. I unpacked it on top of the bedframe as suggested, and very carefully removed the paper outer wrapping and then the plastic wrapping. It "inflated" very quickly to full size. However, the two long edges never laid down flat. When viewed from the end, the mattress curved up along both sides like a hot dog bun. I gave it several days to lay down, but it never did. I ended up returning it. I definitely don't recommend this mattress!!
