I received a full size bottle of seventh generation citrus scent for free. I chose the citrus because it has lemon in it and I'm a big fan of lemon because it's great for your health and gets rid of nasty odors. I love using it when I wash my family's socks and towels because it gets rid of stains and odors.
I love Seventh Generation 2x Natural Laundry detergent. It cleans very well. We have sensitive skin in our home and this does not irritate anyone. Plus, it smells wonderfully naturally. My favorite scent is the Lavender and eucalyptus for the liquid and the citrus and lavender for the powder. Wonderful stuff. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.
This is my go to laundry detergent, less chemical good smell great price point cleans the clothing well the scents are nice. You are not suppose to use lots of detergent anyway so it last me a long while.

I am always looking for a fresh scented laundry detergent that doesn't smell like the chemical laden regular products. Not being a lavender lover, I have been disappointed in most of the more natural products. The Fresh Citrus fragrance is perfect- clean, fresh and well...citrus! This does not smell like orange goo remover nor does it remind me of lemon wood polish. This is a perfect, light clean scent. And it works well too!
I just discovered the Fresh Citrus Scent laundry detergent! Love it; however, it is hard to find. Would love to have this scent in the fabric softener also. I had used Free & Clear for several years and do not like the Lavendar scent.
This laundry detergent is so good. It works extremely well. My clothes come out smelling nice and they look clean when I use this product. Love this product and have been using if for years but strongly dislike the new bottles with the green caps. They leak when poured and we can't seem to perfect a technique that keeps this from happening. The shelf we store laundry supplies has to be cleaned constantly due to leaked soap. I found a few of the old bottles on a store shelf and bought them all but will probably change brands once those run out. There are other good brands that are a bit more $ but the cap issue is bad enough that I'll make the change.
I bought your citrus laundry detergent. If my clothes smelled that way once they were washed it would be great. I am having to wash them over and over to get them clean. They smell awful once they are washed and dried.
I have used the Fresh Citrus Scent for MANY MANY years. I have never had a complaint about the detergent itself. But now I'm DONE. I am searching for a new brand to switch to. I will never buy another bottle of 7th Gen again. Why?? Because the new bottle cap design IS HORRIBLE !!! Who designed such a Flawed PRODUCT? You can't use the bottle cap without spilling it everywhere - inside & outside the bottle. YOU CAN'T EVEN POUR A NEW BOTTLE INTO AN OLD DESIGNED BOTTLE without spilling at least a capful down the sink. Clearly no one who re-designed this bottle ever tried using it. And CLEARLY 7th Gen DOESN'T CARE A BIT about its customers to let such a flawed bottle out on the market. Shame on you 7th Gen. You've forced me to look elsewhere - at a time when there are lots of well thought out competitors out there. Your mistake. I KNOW I'm not alone. You will lose many customers with this newly designed bottle. Am I mad? You bet. I haven't written on online review in 10+ years. I am that disgusted by this terrible product.
