When I did my research it sounded good but when I received the phone my contacts would not transfer over so I programmed all my numbers in the phone but when I shut the phone off and started it back up all my contacts were gone, it is no where near what I expected.
If you only talk and text it is perfect. But before you buy, buyer beware. I purchased a sim card from Straightalk to put into this phone, come to find out the data does not work. Not because of the sim card, I had no idea that T-Mobile stopped data on Sidekicks (not the 4g) a long time ago. I returned it........Served me no purpose..
Don't like it for it to be a 3g phone it does nothing bought for a gift for someone and they hate it.
