[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have tasted SlimFast Original Shakes in the Cappuccino Delight, I have to say this was almost like having a Cold Cappuccino,. I love coffee and this cappuccino flavor is simply delicious. It helped me to not feel so hungry, helped control my snacking, The packaging is nice comes in a four pack, fits well in the SLimFast brand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've packed on a few pounds recently and I am finally trying to do something about it. SlimFast Rich Chocolate Royale shakes taste great. They have a nice chocolaty taste, not too sweet. I've been drinking them for breakfast each morning, and they really do curb my hunger. I look forward to adding these to my daily lifestyle, (I'm also starting to exercise) and I can't wait to start seeing some results. These shakes definitely help make dieting more yummy.
The cappuccino flavour has been my favorite for as long as I can remember. I tried the chocolate & the vanilla once or twice, I even tried the strawberry (or whatever the fruit flavour was at the time.). I was hesitant because I don't particularly like any of those flavours, at least not in the form of SlimFast shakes. Except but it was all but impossible to find “my flavor” in stores (to the point that if I found them at a store, I would buy out their inventory. When I used them according to the instructions (the only thing I changed was that I had my healthy meal as lunch & not dinner, and of course I exercised (but snot more than before I started.) I wasn't expecting much (I don't believe in most diet plans, but like others before, I decided truyit anyway I was wrong - it worked!!! And u was floored. I didn't lose 25lbs. It took about 8 weeks - but I wanted to lose 24lbs 4 weeks and got back to the heavier weight - the weight that I wanted to be, and the weight that let me fit into my clothes. Since then, I work hard to maintain my weight (but without r giving up chocolate, ice cream and other sweets that I love) and some of that was being more careful — but part of it was a little help that they don't push in the ads, maybe because they didn't want to push their product on buyers, or maybe because no one likes the concept of maintenance. But what works for me, is to continue drinking 1 shake a day - usually breakfast (probably why I keep M&Ms or trail mix on my desk and snack on it all day - but because I'm not hungry and my energy level isn't consistent - I'll drink my shake over the course of the morning and it solves fhd problem - I love that doing that works and is more than enough to keep my weight down and it's easy, because I like the flavor and enjoy the shakes. No other diet tool worked for me. I've recommended the diet plan and my personal system, and it has worked for them too. When something works, why would I change it, when it works for me, why share it with my friends. I'm going on 5-years using this system and I still fit into the clothes and haven't gained back a single pound.

The taste has definitely improved a bit but it still tastes chalky and I can't be past that. Other then that it has a nice chocolate flavor and it's very creamy. SlimFast Original Creamy Milk Chocolate 15 count Shakes has always been a favorite option of mine when trying to lose weight quickly. The Slimfast Shake Diet Plan is simple and easy to follow. You replace 2 meals per choice each day with Slimfast Shakes, Eat 1 Healthy Meal and have 2 sensible snacks between. I love the fact that you can control your own personal experience with using the product. You have so many personal options for tailoring your meals. I found that I love rotating my choice of meals between lunch one day and dinner the next. I found it easy to keep my meals at or below 600 calories each with snack calories varying. The only drawback I have is the flavor of the chocolate seems a bit strong and leaves a vitamin aftertaste. I wish the shake was less chocolate(y) and more like a 1% chocolate milk flavor. Due to my pre existing health conditions (thyroid disease) it's so hard for me to lose weight. Slimfast does help if used correctly. I lost a total of 4 pounds per the week. I recommend it to anyone wanting to shed a few pounds (5 and under per week) *pending you are GIVEN PERMISSION FROM YOUR FAMILY PHYSICIAN if you have pre existing health issues.*

The only thing that I have not tried are meal replacements. This is the first time that I have tried Slimfast and I can say that I am impressed with the flavor. I love coffee and this cappuccino flavor is simply delicious. I have been trying to use these shakes for about a week now to replace lunch. These taste great but I have not been able to use them to replace my daily lunch. I don't usually eat a lot for lunch but the little bit that I do eat can't be replaced by one meal shake. The bottles are very convenient to drink from and are they are easy to throw in my purse for an on the go meal. I would suggest these if you are familiar with meal replacement shakes and are looking for a new flavor. However, I don't suggest these if you don't already use meal replacement products. These taste great but I ended up drinking these and still eating lunch because it wasn't enough by itself. These are for people who have self control.
I don't know why every company insists on changing everything but they meed to go back to the original recipe. These taste terrible and have a metallic after taste. I will be returning the unopened ones for a refund
I have to start off by saying I have been buying these milk chocolate shakes for years and never had a problem. I even gave a five star review here on the site in the past. I do not know what has been going on with these but they're either mixed with coffee flavor or they're spoiled. I'm thinking spoiled. I had ordered four 4 packs on January 21st %26 had to throw them all out. I went on vacation around that time so I didn't bother writing a review. I ordered two more 4 packs on March 6th %26 they were the same way. I had ordered the 4 packs from Target in between and they were the normal, delicious flavor. I'm not sure what is suddenly going on with these but they're disgusting %26 I'm so tired of wasting money.
FedEx delivered to the wrong house again, and who in the packing department put plastic cardboard packaged bottles in a bag??? It's a wonderful when package rolled around in back of truck. It's below freezing. Glad to have to have realized you delivered to wrong address again. If these bottles of slimfast were out there over night, they would have popped due to freezing. What is wrong with a cardbox?? Someone dropped the ball.
