It's small but that's what we needed. Definitely an item only one adult or two children could sit on at a time. It was pretty easy to put together. I highly suggest using a ratchet set...it's goes by much faster than with the tools provided.
Easy assembly, comfortable and functional.
This works well as a small couch or loveseat, but is very uncomfortable to sleep on. I put tie downs on the underneth side to keep the cushion from slipping. The cushion is very thin and not deep enough for a small adult to sleep on. I have 2 teens; one is small, one is not, neither them nor I will sleep on it again. The fact that the arms fold down is nice for expanded seating.
The futon looks great online, but after I got it home and put together, I was disappointed. The futon is not very comfortable. It is also very small.
