I've been using this formula to feed my baby and she had no problems drinking it when we switched from breastfeeding exclusively to bottle feeding exclusively. Only complaint is that the tubs are a really dumb design. Guess I could always buy the larger can though.
When breastfeeding wasn't an option with either of my children, we tried a few products. After trying other brands and other types of Similac, this product worked the best and was the most natural. Bowel movements became more natural and growth was optimal. It seemed to stop episodes of spitting up and my babies slept more comfortably.
I am so thankful for this product! I was not able to nurse do to health problems after delivery. My baby girl is SO strong and healthy and way more advanced then the two that I nursed. I cried because I could not nurse her but Praise God for giving me just what my baby girl needed!!!
My son has been using this product since i,could no longer breast feed. He has a heart condition which should slow down his weight. At first he was only in the 10 th percentile for weight now he is in the 25th percentile. He is growing !
Similac advance is a great formula in my opinion. My baby has never had any trouble keeping it down. And I feel like it's a good formula to try if you want to transition you're baby. But all babies are different and might need a different formula.

Great formula. Tried different formulas in the beginning and my baby could not tolerate the competitors formula. This has been the best choIce from the beginning.
My daughter is breast fed and supplemented with formula. Originally she was on Enfamil, but the amount of spit up was crazy and she would get super fussy like she had a huge gas bubble a lot of time after she ate. When we switched to Similac Advance I starting noticing less spit up and she seemed happier after eating. Brest milk is my first choice, but I'm glad we found a formula that works for her!
I just had my 10th child and have never been able to breastfeed for very long. As disappointed as that makes me I feel assured knowing Similac has had my back for the last 20 years. Its pricy and that is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars but I do recommend the Advance as well as Similac Sensitive. About half of my children have or have had a lactose sensitivity at birth. The sensitive formula helped them feel better quickly!
I used this product for my First three children. However this was in 2006, 2007, and 2009. Back then I used the powder, the kids were a slightly constipated but later became regular. Now here we are with my new 2020 princess. As most people WIC only covers Similac. Meanwhile the ready made is giving me the blues! It's thin, she has diarrhea every changing which in turn forced a horrible eye sore diaper rash, she spits up more, sometimes she screams like I pinched her and she is fussy. I'm not knocking the product I am merely saying this isn't the one for my 2020 Taurus. I tried it for 2weeks and 2days.
