The media Console arrived damaged and customer service made the situation right! Easy to assemble. Lovely result.
It is exactly as pictured once you have someone put it together for you :). It's well made and looks great under my new big screen 📺. My nephew was able to put it together swiftly by following the enclosed instructions.
The item arrived several day before anticipated. Carton was in good condition, as was the pieces inside. Assembly was easy to follow, and everything fit perfectly. It is a solid-wood cabinet that is attractive and will last a long time.
We are completely redoing our home and got rid of an enormous entertainment center that was a couple decades old in an effort to simplify and update. When we were looking for an entertainment center we came across simpli home and this gorgeous entertainment center that was the perfect size and color for our needs and at a great price for the quality. We have had it about two months now and are extremely happy with the product and currently looking for more items from simpli home. If I had to say one bad thing, and it's not really bad, is that it took about four hours to assemble but other than that a great product and recommend.
It took a long time to put this TV stand together but it came out beautiful! It changes the whole look of our living room. Wish I could post a picture but don't see where to.
Love the piece with one exception…the wood on the front of the drawer is so thin that when you tighten the screws that attach it, they pop right through the front. We were able to sort of repair it but it spoils the look of the drawer front.
Fit my odd space perfectly. It's hard to buy a big ticket item on line, but it worked out for us. Love that's it solid wood. We put together it easy enough. One problem, one door has a sticky substance on it that is not easy to remove. We thought about calling the company to replace it.
The top surface was a little apart from the support underneath when we received it. And the two middle bottom legs not touching the floor after installation, they need to be made longer. I can not add picture using Safari.
The worse hunk of junk I've ever purchased. Took over 24 hours to put together because of missing parts. Doors and drawers didn't fit properly. 2 legs broke off... I'm gonna stop there. :pensive:
This is the third unit I have ordered from this company. The unit itself is good looking and I would be extremely happy with it if it were not for all the problems we have had and as of today it is still incomplete. Two units came damaged and finally the last unit we received was OK but the two cup handles were different sizes so now I have to wait until the parts come in stock before my unit is complete. Will it ever be finished?
