Love it.
I love this machine!
I am a Clothing and Textiles major in college and I use this machine all the time I love it so much my favorite feature is that I don't need to use the presser foot and I can save stitch combinations in the machine.
Just started sewing about a year ago making skirts and dresses. The sewing machine that i had worked ok but this one is a thousand times better! I haven't found anything that i don't like about it!
My mom loves the machine especially because it threads its self.
This machine did not come with a cover case and I almost did not buy it for that reason. The embroidery features are great and easy to choose and use.
It will not fit in my sewing table to make a smooth surface for sewing. If it is sitting on top of my sewing table it is too high and uncomfortable to use.
I purchased this machine 3 years ago and today I finally decided to cut my losses and buy a new machine. I haven't sewed on it very much until the last 9 months because I was working full-time. For the last 9 months I have done everything possible to try to use this machine, even took it to a place to have it cleaned and maintained (even though it was used about 5 times prior). Well, it is useless. Every time I sew something I have some problem. Usually it is the tension. I thread it, Re thread it, watch the video to make sure I haven't done something wrong, but alas, it is just a terrible machine. The feeder dogs have never worked correctly, but despite that, it won't sew anyway. I just made a zipper pouch and it is trash because the stitching is all too loose. Don't buy this machine.
CONSTANTLY having to be sent back in for service!!! Do NOT like it! Will not buy another one!
I purchased this machine and had it for two weeks before the motherboard failed. The machine was returned and I purchased another brand. This was very disappointing to me as I am 46 years old and I have always had a singer sewing machine. My mother and grandmother also has Singer machines. The quality of the machine just wasn't the same. It seemed to be mostly made of plastic. After a catastrophic failure like the motherboard I purchased another brand of sewing machine. Very sad to me.
