This machine is awesome. I had to steam my daughters pageant dress which was very wrinkled and it worked so fast and quickly. Its very easy to put together and works like a dream. Definitely a 5 STAR

i do like it. i use it all the time. its way easier to steam then to iron for me. i would recommend it very much. it steams the cloths great. not perfect but enough for the garment to look nice and clean and wrinkle free. it could steam a bit better. also the clips on the hanger are so annoying. there is barely any room to open the clips to hang your item. plus the clips dont hold very tight. some cloths slip off the hanger. the hanger does stay open tight and if you want to close it it folds. the water tank does not use up too fast the water and thats good. you plug it in and click the on button and it starts in seconds. during the steaming the steam stops for couple seconds to rest i think. it rolls on wheels and sometimes im steaming and pulling the handle with the cord and it rolls after me. so i suggest you put it on some rug that wont roll away. it comes with a glove but its such a weird size i cant even keep it on. overall i like it but i think next time i would rather get a hand held on. but this is great. and its also very bulky so keep it in a place where you have room.
Although this steamer makes good hot steam, I will have to practice using it to get the best results. So far only 50/50 cotton polyester or 100% poly releases all wrinkles. Linen has had the worst results. The attachments are a nice benefit and help the clothes hang in the best position.
the head could be longer with more holes to cover a larger area. The steam was intermittent and needs to blast out. The hanging pole needs to be taller and the hose needs to be longer. Other than that it looks nice in appearance
The telescoping wand is not long enough. Water accumulates in a hose and blocks the steam
