The Icy Rocket Freeze flavor really brought back some good memories, too. Another bonus is that it has electrolytes, which is very helpful in this summer heat!

Doesn't go crazy with caffeine content, but still enough to get you going for those early morning training sessions. First big standout was the taste. Typically when products claim the bomb-pop flavor I expect a chalky imitation that makes me want to find a real one to remember the flavor by. This pre-workout was on target with flavor. Not overly sweet, but has the right fruity flavors to be convinced that it was related to the bomb-pop. Next item to note is the feeling after drinking. No pit in the stomach or uneasy feeling. No notable mouth residue and didn't leave a chemical aftertaste. Finally, I felt I performed well during my workout. The caffeine dose got me going but avoided the 'burst and crash'. Overall, this is a solid product. Always mixed well too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Pre-Workout Explosion 2.0 free in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion. I got the fruit punch flavor which is pretty good. I drink one scoop with 6oz of water a half hour to an hour before my work outs. I also increased my water intake. I've been drinking it for about two weeks and have noticed an increase in my energy. I have yet to notice any negative side effects. So far just an energy boost that keeps me pumping. I will definitely purchase more once this runs out.

I was skeptical of adding another berry flavored item to my collection of supplements, but I have to write that this one is well worth it. The flavor is light, but not in a way that you can't taste the actual flavor. During the workout I did feel more alert but without the tingling that I usually get from other products. The first thing I noticed was the flavor. The bottle says Icy Rocket Freeze, and it tastes extremely similar to the childhood popsicle! Next, I really appreciated how the flavor isn't super sweet. Sometimes preworkout flavors can be overwhelming, but this one seemed to sit just right. Also, this product blends super smooth. I was able to shake it in my bottle without any sort of blender ball and it was perfect. Lastly, I felt like I had loads of energy for a 40 min swim workout, immediately followed by leg day. Great product. Docked a star due to *somewhat* misleading label. The front lists the amounts of each ingredient, which appear to be great, but it's for 2 scoops, where the nutrition label accounts for 1 scoop.
