Mother's Day present to myself. Second watch I have purchased. As beautiful as my first one. The gold is band is shiny. No problems with the mesh bands. You can adjust them perfectly and have never had the clasps open accidentally.I receive so many compliments on my Skagen watch!
A nice watch with the added feminine touch from the pearls.
I fell for the Movado in the commercials during this past Christmas season. But the Movado does not have a second hand which is important to me. I am so happy that I waited to find the Skagen. It is equally as beautiful and has a second hand! Many of the reviews highlighted the quality of Skagen watches which was a very positive attribute. I have slender wrists and the Skagen can be made small enough for me. The watch itself is very thin and expensive looking. The band is beautifully made and the clasp is quite solid once you get the hang of how it works. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Having many sensitivities to materials, I transitioned to Skagen several years ago and have never looked back. The steel mesh band has never bothered my sensitive skin or allergies. I have a silver and now a gold watch. Love it and will but again.
I never thought the watch that i purchased will look this classy!! I love everything about it. In fact i am talking about it to my friends. I could've bought 2 more but there's a problem in placing an order though. Hope they'll be able to fix it.
Skagen makes some very tasteful watches for everyday and dress up. Love the slim index, not clunky/heavy like other fashion watches I own. I bought this watch for it's elegant look, and I like the tiny pearls around the face. Delighted to order it at a discount price online.
Beautiful. Unfortunately the face is to large and the watch is on the heavy side. Will have to return it and shop for something similar, but smaller and lighter.
The face is quite large and it was difficult to see on the models wrist. I would not have preferred such a large face but she is happy with it. She does have small wrists so it covers it. Measure first.
The watch is too big. Looks more like a man's watch by the size. Wish it were smaller. The mother of pearl face is beautiful and the pearl watch numbers are so delicate and dainty. Make a smaller version of it and I'd purchase it. I did the online sizing but it was not true to its actual size. I would t depend on that tool.
I was very excited about this watch. The pearl beads look cheap and the watch face is more flat than the photos look
