I purchased these shoe weights to add more resistance to my stationary bike workout...and they really do!! They are comfortable, easy to put on and take off, and not so heavy that it is a strain to walk to the bike from the chair!!! I can notice the different in endurance already, and am waiting to see some more defined calves!!
It does add resistance. I am sweating much more.
