I absolutely love these earbuds they never fall out of my ears and the sound quality is awesome i have always enjoyed the skull candy brand i would 10/10 recommend these

I bought my son a previous version of these and even though it took him a few years he used them until the case no longer held a charge. I've tried getting other versions of Skullcandy earbuds but he didn't like any of them.
After talking with Customer Support and reseating the ear gels they fit perfectly into the case now. Sound quality is not awesome, but it's pretty good for the price. They fit well and stay in place while I'm moving around. Bluetooth connection took a few tries to get it set up. Had to finally pair them separately to my tablet, then put them back in the charging case, take them out again and then the auto-pairing corrected and connected both. I've got a Samsung Galaxy 7 tablet with Bixby voice control. Some of the tap commands on the ear buds activate Bixby instead of doing what they're supposed to do on the ear buds. Other than that, they work well and do what they're supposed to do! And the price is great! Just a reminder to not be so quick to leave feedback, take time to learn about your new device, give Customer Service the opportunity to help resolve things.

They won't fit into the charging case. The case won't close. They don't stay seated for charging. Sound quality is passable.
Decent sound, once you figure out how to get them to stay in your ears they're secure, good price, pretty good earbuds… for the first six months. After that, Bluetooth sync starts to get spotty, then at about the 9 month mark the connection between the earbuds starts to get spotty or stops altogether. Then they start to refuse to recharge. I bought two pairs of these, same issue with both. My wife has one that doesn't get used as often as mine and hers are still in good condition. So, decent, but not for hard day-in, day-out use.
