This spread was given to me and I loved it. Looking forward to enjoy in the future
None of the questions this far asking if the Organic version of Smart Nalance has been discontinued. Please answer that simple question. Thank you.
What were they thinking with changes? I've used for years and until now; liked it. It's terrible stuff now! At first I thought a mistake had occurred at Smart Balance facility, then I saw where they had changed the formula! If it's not reversed, I'm not planning to use again!
This has a terrible chemical flavor. I must have been looking at old reviews for the original formula of this spread because I purchased it based on those reviews. The worst tasting "healthy" spread I've tried.
I used Smart Balance for years. This new formula has ingredients that are bad for people trying to eat heart healthy. The taste and texture are off as well. Very disappointed. As a nurse I've recommended it to my family and friends for years. I no longer do that.
How can you include PALM OIL in your Smart Balance spread and state it supports healthy cholesterol levels??? This product also contains artificial flavors. Why? Yeah, that's not what we want to eat. The term HEALTHY is so contrary to what is in the tube. I have to say, I almost purchased this. Glad I didn't.
Sorry to learn that you changed the ingredients because you just lost a long time customer. We always used the original Smart Balance and on a recent purchase, thought it was a bad container. Threw it away and bought another one. Just as bad.
Your new formula is horrible. We've used your original for many years. We'll be looking for a new product. The taste is unbearable.
I thought this was the same product I had bought previously. However, the consistency was less dense in the container and was much softer out of the refrigerator. I was not sure if I bought something different, it was spoiled, it was not stored properly or something else. I came to learn after reading an article in the New York Times that you changed the proportion of the ingredients without making the change more obvious to the consumer ( that would be me). What are you going to change in the future without telling me? Your management, including your marketing and advertising people, need to have more respect for the consumer.
For whatever reason, taste much different than it use too. I always buy Smart Balance, what ever you did put it back. It has a chemical and/or unnatural taste. Don't like it at all!
