I started buying my end-tab folders from Sam's at a competitive price many years ago because the quality and value could not be beaten. The folders in the past had reinforced tabs and were sturdy. The description now reads "2-ply or 1-ply" and the tabs are NOT reinforced...not to mention the price has skyrocketed. Be aware that Sam's sends you the 1-ply folders. I will now start my search for my end tab folders at other retailers.
