Great product to bad that I can't find it in the stores anymore.
This is an excellent mousse for my curly hair. It holds well without giving hair that wet look or crisp feeling. It accentuated my natural curls without looking too "done". It even smells pleasant. I can hardly believe that the cheapest mousse for sale here is such a great product! I am almost afraid to post a review, as it may cause a run on this product and make it unavailable in the future.~
I would recommend this to any lady that has a short cut. If you are someone that has curly hair, this mousse defines your curls and holds it. It does not give you that flaky and oily feel that most products give you. Love it and the price is great, where I'm from I pay 4-5x as much for this. i am glad I found it at Walmart.com
I have very long curly hair. I am 56 years old and have tried it all. Some very expensive. This stuff is amazing. Truly. Makes my hair curly and soft. No crunch!!!! And it is very inexpensive. I just bought 5 more cans. You have to shake the can really good.....so it won't come out runny. Has a very nice smell and is light as a feather. I have very thick hair. Didn't have to use a ton. Good stuff
I LOVE LOVE this mousse it's so sad they are sold out. i would of stock up if I knew this. it holds your hair/curls all day. It doesn't give you Flakes on your hair like most mousse do. that's a Plus because that I know of this it the only one that doesn't. So if you are looking for a Firm hold and no Flakes on your way to go!!! but if you want you hair soft then you wouldn't like this.
I found this for under $3 so I can figured that I really couldn't go wrong with this. The first time I used it was on dry hair. I was dubious at this but figured what the heck. It actually worked really well. My hair also tends to get oily, but the process did not speed up when using this. I will definitely get this again!
Considering the 2 previous reviews I was expecting a lot more from this product. The good is that it's extremely inexpensive and adds lots of shine to your hair. The bad is that it's wayyyy too lightweight, it's very watery and fails to give my curls good definition and any kind of frizz control. For reference my hair is a little past shoulder length and is fine to medium and prone to frizz.... and somewhere in between 2c and 3a type of curls. I will try to give this to someone else or otherwise use it up on days that I don't leave the house, but will not repurchase.
After reading so many great reviews & seeing how cheap this mousse is, I couldn't wait to try it. After using the mousse a couple of times, I noticed my hair was getting extremely dry. After checking the ingredient list, I realized why - it contains "alcohol denat." I immediately stopped using the mousse & my hair stopped feeling like dried out hay. Unfortunately, I will have to keep searching for my perfect curly hair product!
