Soft and Good is exactly as it sounds. I love my bread soft and this brand has never disappointed me.
Darrell was the associate we had to bring our order out and load. He was very efficient, friendly and professional!!! Added bonus he didn't smoosh my bread!!
My 1 loaf of bread was smashed

The bread was hard. It doesn't expire until January 19th. But half the loaf was hard and unusable.
Both loaves of this bread were so dry that we couldn't eat it. I have bought this product before and it was fine. I ordered this for a pickup order and the shopper apparently doesn't know how to pick bread.
I did not receive the loaf of bread with my pick up order
i really do not understand why you guys put one thing in a single bag but yet in the same trip you jam bread and buns in one bag then your guy put things on top of it in my car and now i have a smashed worthless loaf of bread gonna call amd hope you will make it right
