Remove all stains rapidly from the surface by dabbing with an absorbent cloth or paper. Then delicately rub, working from the outside towards the center of the stain using a cloth soaked in a solution of water and mild white liquid soap. Do not soak the surface. Dry completely. Warranty: Your Softaly product is covered under normal use and starting from the date of purchase: for a period of ten (10) years for the internal frame construction; for a period of two (2) years for the cushioning, stitching, suspension system (webbing), exposed wood trim and fabric coverings. After the first year from date of purchase, this warranty covers only parts and materials necessary for repair and does not cover labor; for a period of two (2) years the upholstery against tearing and splitting.
