Sonic Rivals 2 (PSP)

Building upon the success of Sonic Rivals, which saw Sonic The Hedgehog and friends race head to head through wildly twisting tracks at breakneck speed. The sequel to Sonics fast and furious 3D action platformer has several new features to enhance the players experience. A revamped rival jostling gameplay system allows for closer head-to-head competition, whilst rivalry is further improved with upgraded power-ups and range weapons allowing players to attack or defend themselves regardless of their position. A brand new Battle mode allows two players to jump into six different multiplayer challenges by sharing just one disc using the PSP systems Wi-Fi function. Card trading and collection in Sonic Rivals 2 has been greatly increased and will now include 150 collectible cards. This will enable players to customise characters track suits, as well as unlocking new PSP backgrounds and Cup Circuits.

Battle Mode: Players will select from six ways to thrash their rival buddies: Knockout, Ring Battle, Race, King of the Hill, Capture the Chao, and Tag. Single Disc Game Sharing: Two players will easily access the Multiplayer challenge with just a single disc using the Wi-Fi function. Intriguing New Storyline: The Chao seem to be disappearing and all eight rivals must work fast to find out who is behind it. Three New Playable Characters: Miles "Tails" Prower, Espio the Chameleon, and Rouge the Bat round out the cast of eight rivals. Free Play Mode: Free from rivalry, the player can experience the challenging old-school Sonic-style map at their own pace! Expanded Card Collection: Players can now collect 150 new cards for loads of new options to customize their playable characters. ESRB Rating: EVERYONE with Comic Mischief
