I purchased the X800H before Christmas to replace my 15 year old plasma. I also wanted an LED 4K TV without the headache-inducing "flicker" inherent in some of the newer 4K LEDs, so I ended up with this model after a friend recommended it. I have no regrets. This TV is sleek and the picture quality is excellent. I do recommend that you also buy a Sony soundbar that works seamlessly with the TV as the sound from the TV is terrible.

I will never be able to watch a smaller TV again. The picture and sound are incredible. I can't say enough great things about this TV. It feels like I'm at the movie theater! It also automatically signs in to all my applications after I log in with my Google account and you can talk into the remote to control the TV. Love it! Also the Handy installation service was fantastic and super efficient!
So far so good! We have a built in cabinet and this is perfect to replace the tv that "died" there.
Clear Picture and clear Dolby output even though small 20w output. Need perfect home theater set to go with it. Little expensive may be worth it.

Sony TV is the best. This is the second Sony tv I purchased. I didn't replace it, I bought another one. I love this 43" Bravia smart tv for my living room. So easy to set up with my Roku. Great picture and great in tv speaker sound with great bass, Absoluteky no complaints
Haven't really figured out what this anomaly is in the screen. TV is completely off and even when it's unplugged this white bar appears in the screen at the bottom only viewable at a certain angle. TV shuts off once in a while for no particular reason, just shut off. One night my wife and I were sitting in here reading and a voice came over the TV and said, “something went wrong, please try again later“. also drops Wi-Fi signal pretty often while streaming TV is probably 15 away from Wi-Fi source. Other than those, “quirks“ TV seems pretty decent for the money. We also got the sound bar and sub woofer in the package and it adds a lot of depth.
I am very Irate. This tv was a day late.. and the tv screen was completely cracked. I called customer sevice, and they said it would take 5 or more business days to be picked up and then replaced. I will update this review upon recieving my replacement. As of right now, I am not a very happy customer.
I receive this tv with screen damage the production of this new Sony and Samsung tv with plastic frame are very bad for handling for delivery this is mi 3 tv came damage and I prefer the Vizio M series better with metal frame is perfect
