I was looking to buy a fairly inexpensive phone that was unlocked for my AT&T contract... I found this one. It was reasonably priced ($124.00 plus tax). I had it shipped to the store and picked it up. It came about a week earlier than I had expected. Now let's get down to the details: GOOD: This phone is a really nice touchscreen phone. That's what I wanted. That's pretty much all I liked about it. BAD: I basically wanted to buy a touchscreen smartphone because I finally wanted to upgrade to a nice looking phone. I also wanted to use it for posting pictures of my daughter to facebook so her daddy could see her all the time. It has the facebook app, but when I go to try and post videos or pictures, for some reason, it won't do anything at all. Even downloading the faster version of facebook didn't help. Also, when I went to try and send the pictures to my facebook via the email version, the phone says you need to make an email account. I tried to so this and wasn't able to. The directions don't tell you anything about how to make an email account. So I can't post pictures to facebook at all. I also can't send mms messages of my daughter either. It won't allow me because it says that my profile was incomplete. I once again tried to read in the directions about how to create my profile. It doesn't help at all! Even the customer service isn't good! So don't buy this phone! Other than that, the pictures are nice. The videos are ok. But really, if that is all you want to do, then it's an ok phone for that. Good luck! I ended up returning this phone after a week!
