I also had a hard time finding this code. It got sent to my spam folder. Thank God there was another person who reviewed that they had a hard time finding it, it gave me the hope I needed to keep looking. Please make sure this email looks like a legit email so it doesn't get to spam folders!

I bought this online for Christmas and was not able to get it. I tried for 2 days. I called in for help and was not able to get help with it. So I had to go and buy the cards in the store and was just out the money I spent online. When I bought it online I thought I was going to get a card like I had seen in the store, but they didn't send one of those. I will never do this again.

Save the headache and buy in store! I purchased a download code in November, got the 2 emails from Walmart confirming my purchase and then one to say it "shipped" well my PlayStation plus membership was still good so I wasn't worried about getting it fast. I figured I could just save the code because NO WHERE does it it say they expire. Well my PlayStation plus membership expired in February. I remembered I still had the code to renew (or so i thought) I search high and low in my email. I found the email code from one I purchased in 2018 but not from my purchase in 2019. I called and got someone that just kept repeating my purchase date and today's date like it was supposed to mean something. I said "so does that mean the code expired" and she again said "you purchased in November" then she talked about her special tool for looking at this but gave no answer and made no sense. She said she would send this issue to a special team for codes and that I have to wait 24hours.
