an amazing gift for your sons or your daughters but just be careful buying because they'd seem to care about that a lot the most the their relationships with their Girlfriend or Boyfriend
don't know if anyone else had this issue but my boyfriend scraped the silver off and part of the numbers literally came off, we've went through all kinds of trouble trying to get it fixed with walmart saying there's nothing they can do one day and another day (multiple days later) saying they can give a refund.
Gift card did not work. still waiting on walmart.com to resolve issue. this occurred on November 5th. current date is November 7th. a manager "Asha" spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service. i greatly appreciate her. she was awesome. other than that walmart.com dropped the ball on this one.
Gift cards won't work if bought through Walmart pickup/delivery/shipping because they won't be activated. There's no way for them to activate the card on their end, so you'll end up having to go in-store to get it refunded and exchanged for an activated one. Takes an hour or more depending who you talk to…
Bought my granddaughter a $100 card and a PS 5. When she tried to use the card it kept saying it was invalid. I contacted the store and they said it was non refundable and my issue was with Sony. I called Sony for 2 days before I got a human and they said that they could see the card but it hadn't been purchased yet. I went back to the store and they said if they ran it through a register it would make their drawer short. I told them I felt robbed and went home. That just didn't sit right with me so I went back again to the store and asked for someone to reason with me why I had the physical card, the receipt showing the card purchase, and a case number from Sony saying the card wasn't activated and still couldn't get them to activate it or give me another usable card? Finally a supervisor said just give me a new card and she would take care of the over ring. I shop with Walmart excessively and I believe I should be compensated with an apology and a gift card or another PlayStation card for the gas for several trips to the store because I Live in Forrest City but the purchase was in Wynne. Also I was embarrassed because the first encounter with workers was that I “must've picked it up thinking it would work without paying for it “ until I produced the receipt and matching card. Mind you I was still sent home with no compensation.
We were told that delivery was on our front porch. We picked it up open the outside package. Everything on the inside literally have been mutilated the gift card included. It was a birthday gift for my grandson. I was too embarrassed to even get onto him. I would not order these online.
Be careful if you buying online and you receive it by delivery because when you try to put the codes say invalid pin or not active because they don't active the gifcar before he's sending so now I'm fighting because I buy two gift card to 100 each one and nobody can responds or help you just telling keep calling to a Walmart but it's no refundable. I come to the Alpine store in Grand Rapids Michigan and they don't help at all. just keep throwing the ball to another employee and nobody help you.

The worst experience ever. They charged me $100 and never activated this paper card with no 800%23 to call on the back,nothing. I went through he🏒🏒 Christmas was a disaster. 4 days on the phone and chats and in person visits with Walmart and PlayStation. What a nightmare. How hard is it to scan the gift card before shipment?
You can't use it. I originally bought this as part of a delivery order but it was out of stock, so they offered it for shipping. When it finally arrived, I went to use it, %26 even tho it recognizes that there is $100 on the card, it says it's invalid. Come to find out it's because the card isn't actually activated, %26 there's no way for you to activate it. I tried repeatedly to get a hold of support, %26 they said there was nothing they could do %26 it couldn't be refunded. I took it in store, with my receipt, and the chat from Sony explaining the issue, %26. they wouldn't do anything either. They tried to initially say that the card couldn't be activated if it wasn't purchased, basically backhandedly accusing me of stealing. So when I showed them the order, they then just said they couldn't do anything because it would have to be paid for all over again and since I wasn't going to pay for it without being refunded, I basically just paid $100 for a piece of cardboard I can't use.
