So far I love my MP3 player. I have near 700 songs on it and plenty of room for more. I have struggled with putting videos/movies on it, but i am not very good with computers, so i am going to get someone to help me with it. It is very good when running and i love that the shuffle mode still goes through every song before you hear one twice. I also love the stereo speakers and use it a lot in the house. I would definitley recommend this product.
This is great. I wish it wasn't so large and the volume of the speaker is not very loud...Other than that it is a great mp3 for the price.
Bought this for my hubby as a Christmas present. He Loves It!!!!! Just yesterday he was playing it through our surround sound; and he always takes it with him to play in my truck ( with a hook-up for an mp-3 player) when he drives it.
This player is everything I remembered it to be. I bought one some time ago, and thoroughly enjoyed it until I gave it to my brother and bought an Ipod. I can say from the experience of owning both the Sony MP3 and the Ipod, the Sony is an excellent trade-off for the Ipod. The software is not frustrating to operate, and the player itself is very user-friendly. I expect many years of enjoyment from this.
I purchased this exact player for my mother in law for Christmas, and liked it so much while setting hers up that I got one for myself as well. It's super easy to use, and the sound quality is amazing. It also has the external speakers for if you don't have headphones, although the sound quality isn't quite as nice when using them. Another great feature is that it has a sleep timer as well as an alarm clock, so I no longer have to use my phone (which didn't always work) or my radio alarm clock (which never held a radio station) to wake up to. Also very lightweight and you can lock the display buttons to prevent it from accidentally turning on.
This greatly met and exceeded my expectations. Transfering music with drag and drop was very easy and fast. The sound is very good with the ear buds. however volume somewhat low with external speakers. The FM reception is very good inside buildings using the ear buds. The length of the charge has been very good so far have used it over 10 hours without recharging. I will know later if it lasts 20 or more. It is definitely better than the item I first bought and returned as it only lasted 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I would definitely recommend this. Keep up the good work Sony.
This is the best MP3 you will ever find the brand SONY stands for itself best brand and product
Great mp3 player for drag and drop control. Ditched the earbuds that came with it immediately, but isn't that normal? Biggest complaint is finding a case for it. With that viewscreen I'm concerned about cracking it, but finding a case designed for a sony walkman has proven difficult at best.
Easy to use, and sturdy.
After three weeks, I took it back to the store. It was malfunctioning already. It did two annoying things. A) It wouldn't pause when I pressed "pause;" or B) it wouldn't start when I pressed "play." Finally, I shut it off. When I turned it back on, it selected a playlist and started in the middle somewhere. The speaker system is pretty impressive, though. And I liked the "sleep timer" option.
