the drag and drop works great with iTunes. the design is nice, quality player. I needed the ability of a player that could record FM broadcast, which this does very nicely. Pros; easy to use, nice design, quality item Cons; perhaps? its not easy to find accessories that fit anything other than a IPod, even on Ebay.
My 9 year old loves her very 1st MP3 player! This is very easy to load with songs. The speakers are a little tinney sounding but a great feature. I remember having my first Rapsody transisiter radio and taking it everywhere. This MP3 has a built in FM radio; so she can enjoy taking this anywhere too!
ive own three sony mp3 players and they all worked great the i still have the very first one i bought and it still works i bought this one for the memory and built in speakers the sound qualitie is amazing i tried other mp3s but none of them i like as much as the sony there tough ive droped them many times
This is not my first Walkman product. Loved my first one, but they are not washable in the washing machine. Hard mistake. So this one was a newer more design mp3. Love it, easy to use. And awesome speaker without the headphones. I love the screen, pictures are clear and look fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a easy to use mp3. And the color is beautiful!
Bought this for my wife not just for the music and pic.down load capacity but for her to record lecture`s and her teacher`s class`s.she love`s it,say`s it is so light weight she some time`s forget`s she has it.easy to use and love the built in stero speaker`s.great quality for the price.
Received this earlier in the week. It's a great value for the money. Still learning all the features, but it is very user-friendly. My one complaint is that there are little or no accessories (armband, protective case, etc) at this time specifically for this new series of Sony Walkmans. I bought a generic case, but it's not a very good fit.
I bought this mp3 player as a gift for my neice and I am sort of a novice regarding their use. The device itself is easy on the eyes and not very difficult to operate. My only problem was with the written instructions on how to download the music. I think they could be a little more clear for those who are technicalogically challenged. With a little help, I finally got some music loaded and it sounds great.
Because my previous mp3 player was a iPod Touch, that is what I have to compare this mp3 player to. Obviously, it doesn't have the applications or internet features the touch does, but consider the price difference (roughly$150). Other than those two things, I feel this walkman meets and exceeds my experience with the Touch. The speaker actually sounds good and isn't distored. The battery seems to last longer than any other mp3 player I've owned. The only thing I want to warn against is I wouldn't reccomend the walkman for anyone would still be actively using any iPods. The reason has to do with the programs they use; iTunes converts your music to mp4 format, which is not compadiable with windows media player (after using 2 other programs, I found windows media player is the best suited to use with walkman). The only way I came up with getting my songs on to WMP is by buying a program that converts between the different formats (mp4, mp3, wma, etc.) When the program converts the song, it copies and converts, so you have the song twice on your computer in 2 different formats. You can delete the orginial format, IF you don't use iTunes anymore. If you continue using iTunes, you should keep the original format. Basically I'd prefer this product over any other mp3 player because my only complaint comes from the program it uses.
WORKS GREAT, NICE DESIGN, sound quality great ONCE YOU swap out the supplied earphones for better ones.
I bought this for my Dad. Knowing that I was going to be the one to upload all the music on it, I was looking for something that didn't give me a lot of problems transferring files. This does just that. PROS. Transfers multiple file types easily. The software included is easy to install and use. Good quality sound for both headphone and sharing modes. Easily readable screen display. CONS. When transfering music you must rename your music with numbers if you want them to play in the order they were on the CD. If you dont it will alphabatise them. The PDF file that contains the instruction manual requires a password to view. It wouldn't be a problem if I knew the password. Other than that its a decent MP3 player.
