It was nice to have this item available for people with older cars.
Great product! When I saw the brand, I expected the product to live up to the company name and it did. Works excellent! I use it everyday and have had no problems. Excellent buy!
Good product, Reasonable price
My CD player lasted for over ten years in my car but now it's not working. This was a very cheap alternative to fixing it. It works great through the car system and saved me lots of money.
bought for a Christmas gift. I got here in quickly, looked good, I wrapped it, waiting on Christmas so my Grand daughter can have it
I bought the player primarily for listening to books on CD, and it suits that purpose well. I had hoped for a bit more portability, but that is my fault. i did not comprehend the full meaning of the car accessory kit, that it is to adapt a car's cassette player to play CDs through the car audio system (somehting of a waste for me, but again, my fault). As for the player itself, I am pleased with the sound, the earphones, and the battery life, as well as the convenience of on-line ordering and in-store pick-up. Thanks very much!
Would have loved an fm radio with it, but, I guess you can not ask for the moon. Works great. Batteries last apx 16 hrs.
My wife wanted to try the portable player before buying a new in-dash player and this system works so well we my never fix the old in-dash unit. And just to add another level to the mix, you can take it on walks and not worry about any skips at all. Very good little unit.
This is not a good purchase for me because I use it in my car and the tape that it comes with makes an awful ssshhhhhhhhhh sound the whole time the cd is playing...as far as it being a portable cd player with headphones then it is fine...just not good for cars!
I bought this in February, and it's November and every time that I use it, it comes up "no disc" in the window. After looking online for suggestions to remedy this, I used a q-tip dipped in r. alcohol and wiped the laser window with it. Nothing!. I have solely bought Sony since the mid 80's and have never been disappointed. This will make me rethink purchasing Sony.
