I've had these Headphones for 4 Months now and have no idea how I lived without them. I've put close to 1000 Hours on them without even a Hiccup. They are hands down the best headphones out and would buy them 10 times over. The only thing I would recommend to sony us adding some more padding to the from ear inserts, I had to take mine off after about 600 hours and upgrade them to the aftermarket ones with thicker memory foam. Other than that they are amazing.

Honestly overall these headphones are great. The sound quality is amazing almost too good. After a period of time of just getting them my ears slightly hurt just because of how good the bass is, but can be easily adjusted. Great fit, very comfortable. Best over ear headphones for the price.
if ur thinking about picking up or getting xm5 or airpods maxes, don't. These are on par with both these headphones if not better. good sound quality, good noise cancellation, Lightweight and carrying case is not big as xm5 or nonexistent as maxes. had these for 3 months and honestly better then 90% of headphones on the market.
The noise canceling feature is far superior than other headphones I've tried. The sound quality it amazing. Music doesn't sound the same in the car anymore because the music in the headphones take the experience to a different level. I'd buy 20 of these if I had the money.
the headphones are noise cancelling, the sound doesn't leak -- this was a very big concern of mine. the sound quality is great and they're very comfortable!! the headphones go around your ears instead of on top of them. they have a 360 sound feature as well. when you take the headphones off it pauses your music and when you put them back on it plays the music again, even if you move one of the headphones to the back of your ear it will still pause and play. they can connect to two devices at once, ex. you can connect them to your computer and phone at the same time, if you're listening to computer audio, when you turn off the computer or close it and turn on your phone, your phone audio will start playing without you having to reconnect to different devices. they're foldable and the app gives you access to disable or enable different features, like speak to chat. you can also change the way you listen to your music based on your preferences in the app, like the bass or the sound. they were delivered quickly with nothing wrong with them. I usually listen to music in the car, they're not so noise canceling to the point where you can't hear anything, but they make a significant difference. with music on they're very very noise canceling especially when you're just sitting listening to music while doing something else. the length is adjustable if you need the headphones to be longer or shorter. Overall these are the best headphones i've ever had.
I used this product 8 hours every for 5 days out of the week for about 2-3 years. It has worked well up to this point though has lost some functionalities as time went on. The first function to go was the auto-pause when removing the headphones, which really important, but now I lost the main reason I got these headphones which is the noise canceling effect. Now when I use the Noise-Canceling functionality after a few minutes of use it will emit a high pitch screech. Sadly it's past the warranty so I can't get them fixed. They still work well without the Noise-Canceling but I will need to replace them since I use them for work to block out loud noises so I don't have to blast the audio to hear over the machines.
I went to unplug my headphones from charging and burned my finger. The headphones melted around the charging port and was smoking. I have taken very good care of my headphones and there was no reason for this to happen. Very disappointed and I'm out of headphones. I don't know what to do.
I bought a 290$ Sony headphones from 6AVE Electronics, a third party store at Walmart.com. Because of low quality sound, I Initiated a return by email, got a prepaid FedEX shipping label, and sent the headphones back. The store claims the package arrived empty. Instead of allowing me to send to him my correspondence with the store that corroborates my case, and taking action against the store, Agent Robert from Account Review Team at Walmart.com decided to refuse my return and break off communication with me. I've been forced to dispute the charge with the bank for the first time in my life. This is the last time I use Walmart.
After telling myself buying a quality pair of headphones was worth $300 plus i did the research an for the price point an value (so i thought) i landed here sony xm4. First off it never speed charged at all. Which was 80-90° the reason i went there. Thought i was doing something wrong until about a month in it started to charge when an how long it felt like meaning i could plug it in for hours only to pick it up an have 10° batterie. Than i started to notice an electrical burning scent coming from somewhere in my office i could't locate but weirdly i only noticed while wearing headphones huh. Well 3rd month in an i now see the plastic around the port had melted, you know they did run noticeably hot since day one i just thought that was the large mega $300 components at work idk. Needless to say i would have been much happier sticking with $20-$40 headphones that sound same to me may not have noise cancellation but generally last about a year an don't mind when they break. Also the text talk feature is a major pain. The music constantly would stop at any noise i turn off feature an if the headset rubbed against my hood or jacket it would turn back on. Answering calls sucked too since it would ring i could answer or accept call with headset but to engage i would have to fumble to locate my phone to switch from iphone call to headset every time an at-least 50° of calls hung up before i got there. It was a constant annoying race each call an if i missed someone important i would be upset an to some it all up. Thats what this purchased left me $300 broker an upset. Im contacting sony “support” maybe i will update if possable
