Am 73 year old woman . Had trouble with insomnia and going back to sleep after wakeing up works really well for me Dr said it was safe and I could take it. Am diabetic . More than 2 mg are too much for me this is just right.
Very effective. In my case, a larger dosage was not required, due to the effectiveness of the 2mg tablet.
Working the night shift really throws me off, this product helps keep me on track.
I am taking 30 min or less before bedtime.
