Excellent sleep aid for occasional or regular use.
Highly effective product.
The combination of ingredients are wonderful! I also use(d) the ingredients separately but there is a difference then. I take 2 before sleep with a little bit of sleep juice (Here is a bit of doxylamine and herbs). I will buy this product again and also with the combination of Relora!
I love this product! I recommend this product to anybody who deals with getting restful sleep at night due to anxiety. Ive been taking this product for a couple months now and have had great results.

I started taking Gaba and needed to add Theanine this product was the right dosage of both that I was looking for in one pill.
I take this together with Melatonin, and within a short time I get sleepy. It still doesn't help me sleep through the night, but perhaps I need some more time to see how it works.
Highly effective product.
I have chronic, hard-core insomnia. This product did nothing to alleviate it. It may work for someone whose insomnia is less severe but for me it did nothing.
