Also purchased this piece & again quality is very good. All the pieces in this bedroom suite are very sturdy & the drawers are NOT flimsy. Again not very difficult to put together.
Easy to asssmbly. It looks nice!
I am typically not a fan of 'build it yourself' furniture, but needed something reasonable to go with existing furniture. I was very surprised at how sturdy these are. As previously mentioned, they are almost black up against espresso furniture, but still look great! Nice deep solid drawers. Lot of pieces to put together, but well worth the time and effort. Bonus was free shipping and at my door in two days.
Delivery faster than scheduled, quality as good as expected.
Bought 2 1 year ago and I love them. I thought they'd be cheap looking and that I'd use them till I found other tables as tall and wide as them but they are great. In fact I've had several compliments on them as they go well with my bedstead and flooring.
The first thing I noticed was that it was not mahogany. It is dark brown; almost black. Luckily, the colour worked for me but I thought it was worth mentioning in case others were looking for something with red tones, which this does not have. Second, I don't think the difficultly level would increase that much if they handed you a few 2x4's and some screws. There are about 150 pieces to this and, while the instructions are clear, it takes awhile to put together. It took me 4 hours by myself. When all is said and done, it is a nice looking piece that looks more expensive than it is. It is tall, which is what I hoped for as it is next to my bed that is on 6" risers. The drawers are roomy and glide easily. The top is wide and easily accommodates a lamp, alarm clock, glass of water, book etc without looking cluttered. Bottom line; if you're looking to save a few bucks and willing to give up an evening to assemble, I recommend this.
Everything's particle board anymore, some just put together better than others. This one is put together better than a lot of them on the market today. At the end of the day, its a harder, bit more stable particle board piece of furniture with a nicer finish.
Terrible instructions for assembly of product
Good price but basic quality. Not good finishing. Installation is simple but guide document is not accurate.
I bought this and wasn't that impressed. seemeed kinda cheap but for this price I guess I should have expected that much. I returned it eventually and paid more to get some better furniture.
