I ordered two (2) Iron and wicker five drawer units for my bedroom. They are extremely easy to assemble and are a very attractive looking piece of furniture; but most importantly they are excellent for storage (i.e. clothing, linens, sewing supplies). I absolutely love them.
I was constantly fighting with my cooking utensils because I have several gadgets but only two drawers in my kitchen. I bought this and put it in my dining area. Looks good and store a lot of utensils. I also now have a junk drawer. Great if you need extra drawers.
I ordered the wicker drawer unit, and a couple of days later it was delivered (even before the promised delivery date)! It was pretty easy to assemble, there were 3 things I wasn't all that excited about, putting the drawers together was one. It was easy to open up the drawer, but getting the bottom in I was afraid that I would punch through the wicker. Second, when I pull out the drawers, I have to be careful because they will come ALL THE WAY OUT of the frame (I dumped my stuff a couple of times already) and Third, I wish all the baskets were the Large size, then all my stuff would fit in the Drawer Unit. Other than that, I think it is fantastic and it looks GREAT!
This item stored exactly what I wanted it to store and it looks good in the area where I have it in my bedroom. Easy to assemble too I had it put together in about a half hour. I would have liked to have some basket covers included because it's so hard to find those but otherwise, I'm satisfied with it.
It assembled very easy, and looks fantastic. For the price I liked the craftsmanship of the ironwork. The only draw back I see is if you put something heavy in any of the draws (example perfume bottles), when you pull out the draw it tends to fall off the track and out of the unit. I'm going to attach an elastic band from the backs of all the draws to the back of the iron frame.
My son and I bought this unit as a gift for my parents. It looks very nice and seems fairly sturdy......and it fits the space perfectly. The unit went together pretty easily, the only tools needed were the allen wrench that was included and a screw driver (either standard or Phillips). I was surprised to find that we had to assemble the "basket" drawers, but they seem pretty solid. All in all, it seems like a nice storage unit.
I really enjoy my wicker drawer set, looks really nice after set up. The set up was quick and fast . Shipment was delivered as estimated. I would recommend this product to others.
This is a very nice piece; easy to assemble BUT.. there was a piece missing (an end cap) and it was easier to just keep it and live with it than driving to Walmart to return it and re-order it. Too bad, I will hesitate to order things like this online in the future.
This works well for storing our hats, gloves and scarves just inside the front door. Easy to assemble. The wicker drawers are not well made. Some of the wicker already unraveling when it arrived.
I get NO RESPONSE from REI, the maker of this product. This item came with no hardware to put it together. I will not purchase another of their products.
