At first I didn't like the pick -a-size towels, but after buying some by mistake I have found that I really like them very much. Why use a whole towel when just half of one is more than enough. They absorb very well and don't fall apart like some other brands do. They work great in the microwave and absorb grease extremely well.
i discovered sparkle paper towels about a year ago.at the time i liked viva,but they leave lint on my mirrors and sparkle does not.i've tried others but no need to look any further as the price is great and walmart delivers right to my door!
I have been evaluating paper towels for awhile now. I have been comparing price versus sheets per roll, plys per sheet, number of rolls per pack, weight of package, toughness when wet and how well they clean up. I was amazed which brands and brand packs were the best bargains. All I can say is these packs of Sparkle are one of the few at the top of my list.
Sparkle is my favorite name brand of paper towel and I've tried them all. My review 'title' reflects how I feel about paper (towel) products in general. I DO NOT like nose tissue on a roll! I find that no matter how pretty, textured,or 'absorbent' some name brands claim to be they have become overpriced tissue on a roll. Fluffy,soft and (sometimes) not durable or reasonably lasting. I like PAPER towels not to be confused with what (may) feel like toilet paper towels! To me nothing cleans windows,counter tops or blots the floor better then a stiff yet durable very few frills paper towel. Sparkle Pick -A-Size and other versions of this product last through out the day and into the month! I never used paper towels--(daily) until a few years ago--so I began the paper try-out rather late. We care for our grandson during the week and our second grandson is 'due' in May. He'll be three months old when Mom goes back to work. Sparkle makes my (our!) day easier and I can't fault the 'luxury' (to me) of a quick clean with a dependable paper towel. Sparkle paper towels are large and strong, they leave nothing behind except the mess. I have one roll on the counter,one roll on the table and 4 rolls-STILL!-in the cubby--hooray!
Sparkle paper towels work as good as the more expensive brand. I like the pick a size because I don't always need a full sheet but with other paper towels you end up wasting some because you have to use the whole sheet. I find I use a lot less when I use these.
Sparkle, for me, is as good as Bounty BUT ... Sparkle is a much better value. I use Sparkle on a daily basis, no complaints. I do recommend Sparkle, love it.
What more to say? Good value. I like the half size perforations and 8 pack size (which lasts quite a long time in my household).
I love these paper towels. I've tried other brands including the more expensive brands but these work best for me. I use them to make sandwiches on, to clean vegetables on, to scour the sink with-instead of a sponge etc. In my opinion these are all the PT (Paper towels) you will need.
I like the Sparkle Pick A Giant Rolls Paper Towels Thirst Pockets and I would recommend it to someone else. I live a good 35 to 40 minutes from any of the nearest Wal~Marts to me and so I buy a couple packs at a time to last me a couple weeks. The only concern I have is when the packaging is broken and that seems to happen whey more often that it should at certain Wal~Mart stores. I have spoken with supervisors and managers at the stores concerned a couple times because most of the broken packages appears to be happening during stocking. There will be holes in the package right at corner over the center of a brown paper roll hole where someone has thumbed the package to poke the hole so they could handle the package with one hand and get their job done quickly. With all of the germs, diseases, and viruses and such that are going around these days, I'm not buying something that has been breached. Sometime you can go through the whole shelf of packages and not find one that does not have a hole in it and then you have to wait until you can go to another store to hopefully find a pack to buy.
A good value for the money. Works just about as good as any other towel. smaller size can be chosen which also saves money. Walmart delivery service is great.
